3. Is your organization willing to provide a Business Analyst to elicit just-in-time requirements to deliver each new (or significant improvement to) capability? (Yes / Maybe / No)
4. Is your organization willing to change from planning when each milestone will be achieved to instead planning what scope will be completed within each fixed time boxed iteration? (Yes / Maybe / No)
5. Is your organization willing to establish the responsibilities for each Agile role, and willing to place the right people in the right roles? (Yes / Maybe / No)
6. Are your organization s leaders willing to support a collaborative environment? (Yes / Maybe / No)
7. Is your organization ready to be disciplined about Agile adoption? (Yes / Maybe / No)

Scoring the Results: If your total is 5 or more 'Yes', your organization is likely well suited for using the Agile methodology! If your total is 5 or more 'No', your organization likely should stick with a traditional, predictive (schedule based) project management approach. If the greatest number is in the 'Maybe' result, your organization would benefit from engaging a consultant to advise your team on the best project management approach to use.
